What is a credit?
One credit turns one minute of your recording into a finished demo. A 5-minute recording costs 5 credits to produce (minimum 2). Adding a language costs the same again — it's a full new production. Highlights, teasers and custom cuts up to two minutes are 2 credits.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset each billing month. Top-up credits never expire and are used after your monthly ones. If a production fails on our side, the credits come straight back.
Refunds and cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings — you keep your credits until the period ends and your demos stay online. Unhappy in the first 14 days? Email support@letsconvey.com for a refund, no questions.
